For example, with the Eagle mining service hoist we have developed the M.P.B.S. (Multi-Point Braking System), creating what we believe to be the safest, most reliable hoist braking system available. Our goal is not to determine how close we can cut costs while still building a machine which will comply with code. We are dedicated to manufacturing hoists which are designed to protect lives.

Should you experience any mechanical or technical difficulty with equipment from the E & K Group rest assured we will be there for you.  Our superb technical support group is available to assist you with any difficulties you may have.  The E & K Group remanufactured hoists & winches may offer a 30, 60 or 90 day warranty and all new Eagle hoists and winches come with a one year limited warranty on parts and labor and, should it be necessary, our skilled technicians will come to your site to make necessary repairs and adjustments (see "Terms & Conditions" of the warranty for details), We are confident you will find that your hoist or winch will perform exactly as you need it to perform.
